Mission: Impossible - Fallout is written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie (Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation). Tom Cruise (Top Gun) stars alongside Henry Cavill (Man of Steel), Rebecca Ferguson (The Greatest Showman), Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz), Vanessa Kirby (The Crown) and Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction). "Ethan Hunt and his IMF team, along with some familiar allies, race against time after a mission gone wrong". He climbed the Burj Khalifa, he held on to a flying plane...can Cruise outdo himself?

He's going to need a vacation after this vacation.

Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation is directed and co-written by Genndy Tartakovsky (Dexter's Laboratory). Michael McCullers (The Boss Baby) is Tartakovsky's co-writer. Adam Sandler (Big Daddy), Andy Samberg (Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping), Selena Gomez (Monte Carlo) return as well as the voices behind the entire Drac-pack. Kathryn Hahn (Bad Moms) joins the voice cast. "Count Dracula and company participate in a cruise for sea-loving monsters, unaware that their boat is being commandeered by the monster-hating Van Helsing family". Is Tartakovksy's vision strong enough to stop this third entry moving ever-closer to a typical Adam Sandler romp?

Skyscraper is directed and written by Rawson Marshall Thurber (Central Intelligence). The film stars Dwayne Johnson (San Andreas), Neve Campbell (Scream), Chin Han (The Dark Knight) and Roland Moller (Atomic Blonde). "A security expert must infiltrate a burning skyscraper, 225 stories above ground when his family are trapped inside by criminals". In the space of a little over 12 months, Dwayne Johnson has starred in four films. Overexposed or in demand?

Hotel Artemis is written by and is also the directing debut from Drew Pearce (Iron Man 3). The film stars Jodie Foster (The Silence of the Lambs), Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us), Sofia Boutella (Kingsman: The Secret Service), Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park), Jenny Slate (Gifted), Zachary Quinto (Star Trek) and Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy). "Set in riot-torn, near-future Los Angeles, 'Hotel Artemis' follows the Nurse, who runs a secret, members-only emergency room for criminals". After a 90 minute stay at Hotel Artemis, will I be leaving a good review on Trip Advisor?

Proud Mary is directed by Babak Najafi (London Has Fallen) and co-written by John Stuart Newman  (Get Shorty), Christian Swegal and Steve Antin (Burlesque). Taraji P. Henson (Empire) stars alongside Jahi Di'Allo Winston (Everything Sucks!), Billy Brown (Sons of Anarchy) and Danny Glover (Lethal Weapon). "Mary is a hit woman working for an organized crime family in Boston, whose life is completely turned around when she meets a young boy whose path she crosses when a professional hit goes bad". It's time for Taraji P. Henson to kick ass. Will she shine?

Lily James (Cinderella), Cher (Moonstruck), Jeremy Irvine (War Horse) and Andy Garcia (Ocean's Eleven) join original the original cast, all of whom return, in the follow up to the decade-old smash hit, Mamma Mia!. "Five years after the events of Mamma Mia!, Sophie learns about her mother's past while pregnant herself". Is Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again more than a blatant cash-grab? Will it hit the right notes?

George MacKay (Captain Fantastic), Anya-Taylor Joy (Split), Charlie Heaton (Stranger Things), Mia Goth (A Cure for Wellness) and Kyle Soller (Anna Karenina) all star. "A young man and his three younger siblings, who have kept secret the death of their beloved mother in order to remain together, are plagued by a sinister presence in the sprawling manor in which they live". Can Spanish director Sergio G. Sánchez create a horror film that appeals to international audiences?

Incredibles 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to its 14-year-old predecessor. Brad Bird (Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol) returns to write and direct. The voice cast includes Craig T. Nelson (Coach), Holly Hunter (The Big Sick), Sarah Vowell (A.C.O.D.), Huck Milner, Samuel L. Jackson (The Hateful Eight), Catherine Keener (Get Out) and Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul). "Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible) is left to care for the kids while Helen (Elastigirl) is out saving the world". Can the most anticipated sequel of all-time deliver?

The First Purge is directed by Gerard McMurray (Burning Sands) and written by James DeMonaco (The Purge series). This fourth installment stars Y'Ian Noel (Insecure), Lex Scott Davis (Superfly), Joivan Wade (Doctor Who), Patch Darragh (Everything Sucks!), Marisa Tomei (Spider-Man: Homecoming), Luna Lauren Velez (Dexter) and Rotimi Paul (Sleepy Hollow). "After the rise of a third political party, the New Founding Fathers of America, an experiment is conducted, no laws for 12 hours on Staten Island. No one must stay during the experiment yet there is $5,000 for anyone who does". The Purge was released in 2013...can the creators continue to make potent social commentary 5 years later?
