So Selena just tweeted a BIG bombshell and it is to do with her movie career!

She will be starring alongside PAUL RUDD (ANT-MAN) and directed by Emmy award winner ROB BURNETT.
'Gomez will play the role of Dot, a sassy 17-year-old who hitches a ride with the pair during a road trip, and whose forwardness and lack of embarrassment about Trevor’s condition causes him to develop a crush on her.' Deadline
This is a really positive step forward for Selena - she really shone in Rudderless which was received well (read my review here). But even though I believed she was good in the following movies, both were hated by critics: Getaway & Behaving Badly. I believe that Selena is making the right choices with her career!

The film starts filming on January 22nd so hopefully we will have our first trailer August/September time.

I sat beside Selena and Paul in a restaurant last august and could never figure out why they were together! So now it makes sense, haha
